Leading the operation for three subsidiaries within the group, Interlink SAL (Apple Authorized Reseller and Authorized Service Provider), The Mac Shop SAL (Apple Authorized Reseller) and 460 Multimedia Store SAL. Successful restructuring of the three entities as well as setting the proper processes, along with rebuilding strong relationships with our main suppliers and our clients which allowed a growth of the turnover along with the company's profitability.

Studied the Qatari market and identified an opportunity of launching an Apple premium reseller. Presented the business plan and got the approval from the Group’s owner. Was responsible of the business setup, team recruitment, sales strategy, budget planning, relationship with suppliers and key clients, identifying leads and deal closures.

Joined Interlink SAL a subsiadary of ITG Holding and the Apple Authorized Reseller as a sales representative and was promoted to its Business development manager. Developed the company’s database and worked on retaining our clients’ which led to the growth of our turnover. Was challenged by gaining back the trust of previously unsatisfied clients. Accountable on developing the market on a corporate and distribution channels.

Handling all the technical maintenances and installations. Preparing maintenances contracts as well as designing IT Solutions for small businesses. Giving computer courses in some of the schools that we were working with (Sagesse School, Antonine International School, Lycee De Ville, St Michel)
