Company sold at high multiple despite financial crisis.Created a $12M sales pipeline by extending products, signing leading distribution partners and initiating strategic relationships with HBOC, Cigna and MetLife.

In addition to these services, more than 8,000 physicians use Mediconsult to provide on-line information to their patients through Mediconsult's MyDoctor.com service. Mediconsult's eMedEd division is a leading provider of live, on-line medical education services to physicians in the USA.Managed ICT, creative, and customer service departments (200 employees), located in New York and Toronto and the business of Physicians’ Online with 280,000 physicians and millions of patients.Turned around sales by expanding the product line. Tripled service membership. Brought the company public through merger for a valuation of $180M. Successfully merged eight companies. Designed and implemented technology, operations and financial processes. Prepared budget, P&L analysis, operations plans and negotiated strategic relationships. Reduced operating expenses and cash burn rate by 30% while maintaining productivity.Grew Mediatropolis creative department sales from startup to $1M and positioned it as new-media agency for divestiture (sold October 2000 for $3M).
