Crossover Healthcare Fund is a hedge fund with a strategic focus on financing for smaller capitalization healthcare companies. The fund engages in transaction based direct investing on a opportunistic basis through privately negotiated equity, equity-linked or credit related investments.

During this period, also co-led company-wide restructuring program that resulted in identified savings in excess of $1.5 billion.
