I am not an engineer, so working in three very different engineering companies over the years, I have relied on the people I work with to guide and educate me about industries I otherwise would know nothing about. Being lucky enough to travel and work with people from around the world has opened me to practices, viewpoints and lifestyles I may never had considered. COVID and lockdowns over recent years have just emphasised how difficult working life could be without these people around, working together.People are the most important part of any business; without people, you're nothing.
