After working for 20+ years in the fields of Customer Experience and Tech Support for companies like Apple, Verizon, and Sony Playstation, I am now in the field of UX Research as an advocate for the User's Experience. I have developed my creative and story telling skills with an Associates from Academy of Art in Motion Pictures and Television with a focus on Video Editing. I then followed up with a Bachelor's of Arts from Boise State in Multidisciplinary Studies gaining skills in integrative thinking problem solving, a Minor in UX Research focusing on Qualitative methods, and then certificates in COID: Emerging Applications and Applied Leadership. I am now moving further with my UX education with a Master's in User Experience from Arizona State University where I am further expanding my UX Research and Design Tool Kit.
