CBP CTPAT and AEO certification and implementation, trade and regulatory compliance, trade and non-trade OGA regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, life science, and technology companies (FDA, DOA, USDA, EPA, DOC, NHAs), export controls, regulatory enforcement, and sanctions (EAR, BIS, ITAR, and E.U. Dual Use Controls), FTA authorizations and reviews, customs protests, reconciliation, and post-entry corrections, working primarily with pharmaceutical, life science, technology, automotive, and heavy-industrial organizations.
