Over 15 years of experience in people management, leadership and sales operations, I am currently the Sales and Delivery Manager at Tesla Alexandria, Sydney, where I oversee the sales, operations and delivery of the site. I am a certified trainer and coach, and I enjoy developing and empowering my team to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction.Prior to joining Tesla, I was the State Manager for Flight Centre Travel Group, overseeing the youth sector at Universal Traveller. I led a cross-functional team of over 100 people, selling travel products that helped our customers achieve unforgettable experiences. I was responsible for driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and talent management across the state. I also co-founded Saudade Media, a media company that showcases the beauty and diversity of the world through photography and storytelling. I am deeply passionate about leading people to realise their potential and be the best that they can be. Outside of work, I am an adventurous traveler - 55 countries and counting - and an avid lover of photography. I also like meeting new people over a cup of coffee.
