New title, same responsibilities.

Assigned new roles/responsibilities in addition to my ongoing role as the Incoming IQC Team Lead.• Q-Pulse QMS Administrator: October 2019 to September 2022.• MRB Process Owner/Admin: February 2020 to September 2022.• NCR Process Owner/Admin: July 2020 to September 2022.

• Supervisor role consisted of guiding a team of inspectors to oversee the following areas: incoming, production (weld and paint coating processes), mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, final testing and protocol per the customers specification, and loading of equipment to be shipped to customer location. • Overhauled the entire documentation/reporting/testing/approval process for each work cell. • Created and implemented the QMS discrepant material reporting process via Microsoft Access. • Managed the MRB process and supplier corrective actions. • Worked/collaborated/ with all production personnel, production planning, engineering, accounting, human resources, purchasing, procurement, safety, and senior management at the Fort Worth, Texas plant and the Asturias, Spain plant.

• Primary focus consisted of inspecting, evaluating, and documenting the industrial paint coating process for passenger boarding bridges. • Bridge inspection included the rotunda column, rotunda, tunnels, lift column, wheel bogie, rotating cab, and any associated walkways and supporting bridge components (interior and exterior). • Paint systems utilized: American Coatings, Hempel Paint, and Diamond Vogel.
