As a US Navy SEAL Division Head, I served as an executive-level leader for a team of Navy SEALs based in Oahu, Hawaii. I facilitated and conducted training for the Hawaiian based SEAL Team to prepare for combat operations, building strong working relationships with a diverse group of individuals including government officials, federal agencies, law enforcement, and Joint Military Units.I led, mentored, supervised, coordinated, and evaluated team members, managing the cost control budget for equipment and resources. Acting as an US Navy SEAL Operations Chief I oversaw the training, logistics, movement for a 124 man SEAL unit. I managed the coordination and synchronization for a five-month training period with 14 major blocks of high-risk evolutions. I oversaw the day-to-day tasks and preparations for the SEAL Squadron’s training. I led, mentored, supervised, coordinated, and evaluated team members, managing the cost control budget for equipment.
