-Create and implement marketing plan for the custom sheet metal shop to maximize visibility of the company, and create interest in our luxury brand of products.-Generate leads for all metal products through in-person presentations, social media outlets, maintaining websites and cold outreach to design/remodeling and architecture firms.-Consult with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, remodelers and architects/architecture firms to create one-of-a-kind metal products for a wide range of installations and needs.-Field-measure and review projects on site with clients and contractors for good communication and clarity.-Design and engineer products to spec for clients and create quotes, 2 and 3D drawings and schedules for production. -Ensure timely delivery of fabricated products to clients.-Assist in coordination of installation of products as needed.-Maintain positive relationships with all clients to ensure repeat business based on communication and product quality, reliability and timeliness. -Responsible for creating documents and spreadsheets for sales leads, work in progress and estimate worksheets, streamiling the estimation and production processes.

Coordinate product ordering/delivery for all remodeling projects. Design assist, and prep job starts. Handling projects from sales to design to field and some field operations.

-Scout for potential tv makeover show properties / homeowners. Scouting and shots often require monthly travel within the United States. -Design all construction projects -indoor and outdoor- alongside art director and landscape architect. Design "unique" projects for each production to maintain diversity and interest in every on-air television show.-Order and coordinate delivery of all products for all construction projects for several different shows-Create rough scripts, designs and assist coordination of all construction projects for show director for "teaching moments" on shoot days.-Hire, coordinate and direct all labor necessary for shoots and complete all tasks and projects within strict deadlines. Construction "team" consisted of 5-10 laborers and skilled trades per project, managing 3 projects at once. -Coordinate, build and install all construction projects working with director, art director, homeowners, landscape architect and hardscape contractors to ensure smooth flow of several shows for shots to facilitate hard deadlines necessary for television production.-Assist -as needed- art director, producer, landscape architect and hardscape contractor with miscellaneous tasks that are necessary to keep deadlines. -Perform all duties while filming with some direct on-camera shots with show host.
