Productivity soared by 90%, as measured by Sales & Profit per head. Called for, and lead a groundbreaking Activity Based Costing initiative, identifying the profit contribution (or lack of) with every customer on our books, creating new pricing and activity models which swiftly accelerated Gross Margin & profitability, while improving capacity utilization by 19%. Installed and trained to a Knowledge Management enterprise communication model for information sharing and silo busting. Initiated well funded company wide training programs, thus greatly improving the competency, productivity, and job satisfaction of employees.

Built a separate unit company from three small losing departments from $9M to over $150M (6 different product and market groups), while driving the highest sales and profit per head for all US companies. Achieved #1 Market Share in 3 separate product categories from dead last. Asked to serve on Japanese Board as US strategic adviser.
