*Directed all Manufacturing aspects of our Pine furniture line from Product Development, Quality & Design Specifications as well as Sourcing and supplier negotiations.*Implemented the companys 1st quality inspection system which drove down return costs as well as delivery expenses.*Wrote the companys 1st quality inspection handbook.*Managed our Product Development program which regularly introduced new products into our pine furniture line.
