Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner - Grinding Area
Current• Review and screening of work requests/work orders, prioritization, confirmation of job scope/requirements (including safety hazards), and determination of required level of planning for assigned areas of responsibility.• Planning of Work using the CMMS & SAP software by populating the work order with clear and concise written job instructions/details/procedures (including Work Instructions, Job Safety analyses, OEM documentation/specifications, and engineering drawings) with a level of detail, so that the specific tasks can be completed effectively and efficiently.• Determination and updates to the estimates for resource type, resource hours, materials, and Work Order duration in collaboration with the task requestor or supervisor.• Planning for weekly, modular shutdowns and overhauls. This includes job scope, risk assessment, hazard identification, resource and material requirements, coordination, and scheduling.• Ensure work orders have task lists and attach required, relevant documentation for the work pack.• Responsible for arranging scoping assistance (if required) with the maintenance supervisor, Engineer or others.• Responsible for initiating PO for external labor and services & updating in SAP any measuring points received from the supervisor.• Responsible for creating AR notifications and attaching relevant inspection reports and reviewing completed work packs to identify improvements and submitting ARs for improvements.• Accountable for all approved WOs have the information (parts, labor, resources, task lists, WO operations, Operation sequencing and attachments) to be scheduled.• Accountable for ZPM3 work orders are added to the 5–13-week schedule as per the equipment strategy frequency (not late or too early).Skills: Weekly/Shutdown Planning & Scheduling · Procurement · Plant Maintenance · Work Pack · SAP-PM · Staging and Kitting · OPSUITE· PSV · Engineering · Maintenance Management · Preventive Maintenance · Planning & Scheduling · Mining
