I was involved with the Completion Process within the Third Party Connections Team and developed a knowledge of the connections business and the interplay between the various parties. The duties included:• Assessing suitability and quality of project files and submissions paperwork• Scanning and shredding of files• Quality review of return paperwork• General administrative duties• General day to day customer support and liaison• Maintaining data on the system and in spreadsheets• Data transfers onto the database• Ensuring work meets deadlines and standards such as ‘Standards of Service’

Main job tasks and responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting users of JCC- Receiving and transferring phone calls and passing on messages if required- Reporting any issues to the Centre Manager- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy- Providing refreshments to visitors if required- Setting up and packing down rooms when required- Making sure the kitchen is left clean and tidy- Responsible for fire safety procedures whilst working alone in the evening- Basic office tasks if required- Unlocking and locking up the building

• To work as part of a classroom team providing behaviourally based instruction to pupils with autism and related communication disorders.• To collect and record data on the programmes delivered as instructed by the Teacher in Charge or Class Leader.• To participate and help instruct pupils within extra-curricular activities during the school day. • To work full time 1:1 teaching.• To carry out keyworker responsibilities.• To supervise indoor/outdoor playtime and lunch for all pupils on a rota basis.• To contribute to the production, organisation and maintenance of appropriate curricular and teaching materials.• To understand and actively implement all school policies in particular on curricular, Health & Safety, Child Protection and Managing Behaviours. • To participate in staff meetings and training.• During the period of employment, to undertake appropriate professional development on a range of relevant issues as agreed by the Teacher in Charge and school management.• To provide personal care when required (e.g. toileting, nappy changing and feeding) for pupils within the school.• To be aware of and follow risk assessments, behaviour plans and specific teaching strategies for any pupils being supported/taught.• To undertake other duties as appropriate.

This will see you taking on a variety of admin tasks, maintaining systems and procedures, providing data and reports and dealing with enquiries promptly and efficiently. Ideally from a retail background, you’ll be someone who responds well to others, can plan tasks effectively and takes pride in working to the highest standards.
