I was the crypto subject matter expert and product leader responsible for digital assets at Circle & Poloniex. Circle is a world leading crypto finance company that has raised $250M in funding and has over 7M customers globally.• Owned the entire process for listing digital assets. This includes token team partnerships, due diligence, prioritization, executive approvals, engineering, marketing strategy, and full product release on the exchange.• Led a cross functional team of engineers, legal experts, marketers, finance and product stakeholders.• Speaker at conferences including: Harvard Business School​, ​Cosimo Ventures​, and the ​MIT Bitcoin Expo​.

Acquired by Ideanomics (Nasdaq:IDEX) in August 2018.I was the first hire by the new CEO of a distressed influencer marketing company. Before I joined it just went through a downsizing from 20 to 3 people. My task was to help rebuild the company, define our strategic direction, and reinvigorate all revenue streams. After 1 year our team was at 11 people with highest revenue in the firms history. (higher revenue with half the staff). With this new success we were able to sell the company to Ideanomics (Nasdaq: IDEX) shortly before I joined Circle.• Closed 2nd largest deal in Company history, 60 days after joining. Closed largest deal (Coca-Cola) 3 months later. • Redefined and led our platform into a SaaS subscription.
