I have over ten years of experience in professional executive positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. I manage administrative duties, research, social media management and expense management for Executives at SigridAl. Before joining the company, I worked as a Head Cabin Crew for Philippine Airlines Express. PAL Express is known to offer exemplary customer service and last 2018, I have been chosen to be part of an intimate pool of 20 cabin crews that received specialized training under the Buong Pusong Alaga (BPA – “whole-hearted care”), PAL Express’ Personal Customer Service program. Because I hold a high regard for the role that I was given, I have received tangible commendations from our passengers, my fellow cabin crew, and the management.During my tenure with PAL Express, with an average of 80-90 flying hours per month, I maintained a Perfect Attendance without infractions for the past four years and have received a special award for this.
