Having traveled over 30+ countries and seeing how transformational travel can be... my partner (Michelle) and I are hosting a virtual summit to help people, especially those 40+ and older on how to plan their own dream trips. For this upcoming summit (January 2025) we're focusing on tips to plan the ultimate trip to Europe.

Direct and consult on all attendee experience aspect for the conference. This includes:- Registration (pre-event and onsite)- Website creation and management- Marketing (attendee registration and sponsorship)- Attendee Comms (intake and outgoing)- Custom event app development and management- Recruiting, training, and deploying event staff- Oversee the customer service / registration desk- Catering coordination for all meals- Venue and vendor contracting (8 venues, 12 restaurants, etc..)- Hotel partnerships

I help produce delightful, human-centered events.With almost 2 decades of event producing experience and a incredibly diverse skill set, I'm your go to producer. Recent events have included project management, concierge services, talent wrangling, hotel, transportation, venue lead, registration lead, volunteer/staff coordinator and more... I have worked on smaller personalized events such as retreats to large corporate and creative conferences with thousands of attendees.

Helped design and execute the inaugural Wings Conference (Climate Tech) in Portland for 500+ attendees. The World Domination Summit (WDS) is an annual event that brings over 1500+ amazing individuals to Portland around the central question of "how can we live a remarkable in a conventional world?" The core values of community, adventure, and service. In addition to being part of the core planning team, my specific roles are to help attendees have the best experience possible by providing logistical support, customer service, and more importantly being a connector that helps facilitate community online and at the event itself.
