In that time, I've accumulated 9 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator. In addition, my wife and I run a property preservation business maintaining and cleaning foreclosed properties. I'm often in foreclosures, REO, or bank owned properties before they ever hit the market, or the listing agent even sees them. I've spent the last 16 years in Maryland.
