I work in Mercer's Career business, where I help clients develop and implement HR technology solutions and the supporting employee communication strategies.How did I get here?I spent the first years of my Mercer career as a communication consultant, working on total rewards, benefits, and change management communication strategies. From drafting CEO letters and executive compensation program materials to M&A communication management, employee value proposition development, and digital media creation — I learned what drives a successful HR culture and employer brand. We had fun doing it, too!Before transitioning into my current role, I spent time as a product manager for a financial technology company. I visited clients to learn what they needed from the product to achieve their own business outcomes, and balanced those needs with internal development teams and priorities to deliver them. I draw from these experiences in my role today as a digital implementation consultant. You need to deliver more than just a technology solution. To be successful, it has to fit in the context of your corporate and HR objectives. My background ensures that from kickoff to go-live (and beyond), you will be supported by someone who not only gets what you’re trying to do and understands your key stakeholder demands, but knows what it takes technologically to get you there.
