This is a position I created to oversee procedures and processes at the company, acting as a liaison between all departments, encouraging communication and streamlining tasks at this very fast-paced company. Projects have included configuring a document management system, a contact management system and clarifying procedures by defining and documenting current business practices and improving them wherever needed. This is on top of still performing the majority tasks of my previous position, Finance Coordinator, listed in detail below.

Invoicing for 30-40 clients, accounts payable, and bookkeeping for entire company including payroll. Improvement of invoice process from manual data entry to faster, more accurate methods, ultimately integrating with the company’s proprietary online reporting software. Improvement of bookkeeping system with major changes to most accurately mirror the business.

Processed payroll for hundreds of employees. Conceived of, designed and oversaw initiative to switch from manual entry of pay data to digital import. Managed change of company's payroll vendors and method of pay reporting from manual submission of reports to web-based application.

Created a new system for storing and tracking digital files from various applications during the desktop publishing process. Worked with several departments and as liaison to outside vendors. Confirmed quality of archives received from outside vendors and integrated with in-house data.
