𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭. 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘮𝘦.As a leader, I see each challenge within the bigger picture, focusing on the entire organization's best outcome while respecting every team's specialized responsibilities and point of view. I have excelled in this role. It is who I am. At Linkwell Health, I lead as the Director of Engineering and as a member of the Executive Team. I built and manage cross-functional and remote teams. I control and architect our software product, manage the development team, and contribute to the code with backend engineering support. I enjoy working directly with our clients and internal stakeholders. Successfully capitalizing on technology doesn't come from being the best developer or from using trendy technology. It must be a confluence of leadership, team management, mentorship, defined processes, foresight, communication with non-technical teams, and yes, that mastery of technical skills and experience too. I lead and organize communities. I am currently on the Executive Team and the Director of Engineering at a high-growth, ramp-up, healthcare business, Linkwell Health. At Linkwell Health, we continue developing our software, HLE - The Healthy Living Engine. HLE empowers content management including: content creation, dynamic/personalized calls-to-action(s), publishing, content management, integration, and distribution. HLE has been adopted by the largest insurers and businesses in the healthcare industry.
