I am working for NETe2 Asia Pte Ltd, a company that specializes in Audio and Video Solutions mainly in the area of Video Management, Video Conferencing Systems and Video Analytics platforms. It has more than 20 years of experience in building in-house software solutions to integrating with various kinds of software and systems.Here, I have successfully project managed 4 major projects for the company thus far through working collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Software/DevOps, UI/UX, Maintenance, Admins) and external stakeholders (Users, Clients, Main Con) through various stages of the project (design reviews, planning, implementation, system commissioning, training, maintenance, system improvements). These systems were successfully deployed on various platforms such as physical server, Hyper-V Virtualization and Azure Cloud and implemented through using waterfall and hybrid project methodology approaches.As security is a key concern for our clients, I have also successfully ensured that the systems’ security posture complies with either customer recommended or industry benchmarks (e.g CIS Benchmark). We work closely with tools or third party vendors to ensure that System Vulnerability Scanning, Static and Dynamic Application Security Test, Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration test result are conducted and audited. Collaborating with my team, we understand and identify feasible remediation solutions and highlight false positives. These tight-knitted work has given clients the final validation that their system is secured through technical presentations and acquiring approvals from the CISO of the organization. Now, I am project managing another major project concurrently with 2 other continuous system improvements ongoing for our clients. With the knowledge and experience that I have gained, I am also mentoring those who have newly joined the team to build up our capabilities.
