CurrentDriving the development of the company's new IT Staffing service, reporting to the Vice President of the new business unit and the Regional Vice President of Sales. Responsible for building a personal book of business while collaborating with outside sales representatives across the Midwest to deliver interim and project-based Technology Staff Augmentation solutions.• Developed and executed regional marketing and business development strategy for new and existing clients. o Internal strategy included focusing on the current large client base engaging 30 regional sales executives to further client penetration. o Developed and executed an extensive marketing campaign for new clients. o Collaborated with legal team on MSA’s for direct hire and hourly contracting.• Sourced and screened candidates, provided interview prep and negotiated compensation.• Also responsible for contract negotiations, evaluating vendor tools and services, interviewing potential new team members and making hiring recommendations
