At an early age, I learned the value of hard work through working in construction with my dad. I worked my way through college managing a custom furniture company. The opportunity to apply a formal education to a real business situation was incredibly valuable. I love working with people to solve problems and am able to establish trust with my coworkers, suppliers and customers very quickly. I am an optimist. I appreciate hard work and expect results. Inovar is an incredible place to work. We produce products that change peoples lives for the better. Inovar is a world class electronics manufacturing company producing some of the most complex medical, military and communications equipment available today. I enjoy serving as a member of Inovar's board of directors. My Family, Faith and Friends are most important in my life. Working at Inovar has enabled me to maintain balance in my life and provide for my family. I love to play golf, bike, boating & snowmobiling with my family and friends and I love the out doors. As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I am able to serve others and strengthen my relationship with and testimony of Jesus Christ. I serve on the Board of Directors for OFOA (Opportunity Foundation of America). Our mission is to "Improve the quality of life for children and adults with severe disabilities".
