John “Jack” Larkin is General Counsel for Catalyst Experiential where he assists the Company in high level aspects of corporate governance, transactions with partner and client companies, oversees litigation, and works to minimize and mitigate risk. He also assists a talented team of professionals in the day-to-day aspects of land development which are core to the Company's model.Prior to joining Catalyst, Jack was the head of litigation at Gawthrop Greenwood, and before that, Jack was an appellate litigator in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where he appeared regularly before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and periodically handled appeals to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Jack was elected as Commissioner for Radnor Township's First Ward in a special election in 2018, and in regular municipal elections in 2019 and 2023. He has served as President and Vice President of the Board of Commissioners, and sits as an ex officio member of the Radnor Memorial Library Board. Jack’s published works have appeared in law journals at the Georgetown University School of Law, Vanderbilt Law School, the University of Florida Law School, and the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, as well as in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bar Quarterly and At Issue publications.Jack is an alumnus of Oberlin College, where he graduated with honors. While at Villanova Law School he received the Pennsylvania Environmental Law Forum scholarship and was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. He has also received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers’ Association’s James J. Mandarino Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, and a “Top Lawyer” by Main Line Today in 2014-through-2022.
