My background includes many years of international travel gathering business requirements, developing workflow and process, and directing training seminars for large and small sales and marketing teams. In addition, I spent several years consulting for a business intelligence firm specializing in personalization and analytics.I am now a Certified Salesforce & Pardot Consultant, advising clients on custom business solutions in Salesforce and Pardot. Through discovery and requirements gathering, I am able to build a system and workflow that improves the sales & marketing processes for my customers. Some of my more notable Saleforce projects include: - Acted as the lead Salesforce Solutions Architect for a fast-growing precision medicine company. Migrated Help Desk from Zendesk and implemented Service Cloud for their busy tech-support department. Advised and streamlined their Sales and Marketing operations using Salesforce and Pardot custom automations and workflows. Advised and implemented Pardot best practices. Completed a whole rework and deployment of a new Salesforce Security Model. - Developed a new custom Salesforce instance to manage corporate memberships and Eventbrite integration for a well-known, elite university. Migrated 8 years of data and built custom invoices and workflows.- Advised use of Demand Tools and used Data Loader to clean an eight-year-old SF org at a digital marketing company and trained the executive & international sales teams.-Completed a reintroduction of Salesforce for a long term care organization. I configured Custom Objects, Process Builder, email alerts & Views to simplify data entry & improve communication.- Implemented Pardot at dozens of firms in varying industries on Pardot. I advised my clients on how to setup and report on targeted marketing campaigns using Pardot and to optimize the Pardot integration to Salesforce.
