• Coordinates activities and serves as staff to the Finance Committee of the Board• Coordinates all financial activities including annual audit, budget development and compliance, cash management, federal grant reporting and internal controls systems • Complies with legal filings for state requirements to do business, IRS 990, 1099's and other state and city documents• Work with Senior Management to manage personnel matters, including, but not limited to: employee relations, recruitment, legal compliance, and benefit administration• Provides accurate and timely financial information to senior management. - Responsible for endowed funds sub-ledger for all Foundation institutions- Implemented new software for maintaining endowed funds- Tracked and recorded all bequests made to the Foundation- Responsible for maintaining communication and legal documentation with estates and trusts- Coordinated stock gift transactions for all Foundation institutions- Researched and maintained legal contracts for Chief Operating Officer

- Planned and performed financial statement audits for clients- Evaluated client internal control systems- Prepared financial statements, audit reports, budget and cash flow analyses for clients- Researched and analyzed financial statements and audit- and tax-related issues utilizing electronic databases, and employed audit software to review and compile financial information.
