Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Current- Ensures that candidates who pass the screening process are contacted by the end of business day through phone call, voice mail, email or text messages to schedule their interviews with the Hiring Manager
- Coordinates with the candidates on their availability and matches their schedule with the Hiring Manager team's calendar
- Sets up the appointment which can either be done online via Webex or in person
- Once the interview schedule is confirmed on both ends, update the necessary Applicant Tracking Systems with the relevant information
- The first point of contact for both candidates and Hiring Managers for rescheduling interviews
