Primarily represented construction companies at the behest of insurance carriers litigating construction site accident claims under New York labor law § 200, § 240, § 241(6). Responsible for all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, engaging in motion practice, taking and defending depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, appearing in court, and reporting directly to the client. Litigated a wide range of legal issues including product liability, construction and design defect, labor law, mass tort litigation, and catastrophic injury.
