As the Assistant Manager, my responsibilities were as follows: I was a live-in caretaker, Intake and Tx development, managed internal group Tx and individual client Tx plan, assisted with transportation of off site recovery meeting. I also, had the responsibilities for discharge and development of long term Tx plans. I also assisted the director, with Umatilla County's first alcohol diversion program.

Managed the intake and exit interview process. Managed and assisted clients in their immediate medical recover from alcohol and drug use. Developed tx plans for their placement, post detox, to local transition homes in the area.
