Leadership of managers, coordinators, supervisors and leaders seeking to extract the best skills and results across the entire manufacturing plant: SMT, automatic and manual PTH, assembly lines, wave soldering, testing, packaging, plastic injection and utilities.• Responsible to provide production capacity analyses and the best optimization between products mix, change over, layout and other resources definition (headcount, expenses and investments)-Capex to achieve the Annual Plan;• Factory budget management according to annual expense planning in order to identify and reduce general costs.• Leading Annual Plan with all department managers to present the Operational Profit Margin to HQ;• Report Work Order cost analysis through of SAP system (ERP) data and strategy improve plan to reduce the variations versus standard cost and cost reduction;• Cost of Good Stocks management (material, labor and overhead) to ensure the markup margin planned;• Industrial Maintenance Management to reduce downtimes controlling strictly: spare parts, preventive and predictive maintenance plan, analyses of the correctives maintenance records to get prevention actions plan. Using also OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method to measure machines productivities;• Facilities Management to keep all running well (Energy generators, artesian aquifer, air compressor, air conditioners, electric substation, others…) and good housekeeping;• KPI management: Productivity, Absenteeism, Dppm, RTY (Rolled Throughput Yield), Scrap, Cycle time reduction, delivery plan achievement and others;• Development 6 Sigma projects, Best Practices programs, Lean Manufacturing concepts, MBO (Management Basic Operation) and Automation Projects to improve factory performance.

• Definition and management of production resources in the SMD and Final Line area based on the sales plan and analysis of production capacity, with objective to get the level of productivity required by the organization. In charge for managing the Production, Quality, Engineering, NPI and industrial maintenance departments.• Coordinating activities to implement controlling culture into the production lines as PMP and costumer’s request.• Work Order cost (material and labor) analysis and report the strategy improve plan to reduce the variations of standard cost versus actual cost, looking to markup improve and wastes elimination.• Program Manager for the Engineering Change Request, Process Change Notification and Engineering Notice, and Approval Reports following R&D criteria. New Products implementation (Sample Build, Pilot Run and First Mass Production qualification).• Automation Projects Development to increase PPH and improve quality yield of product and process.• Weekly and monthly conference call to present factory performance to the costumers and headquarter (Brazil, China, Korea and the United States).

Leadership of process and machine technical teams, supporting in carrying out tasks according to demand, ensuring agility and efficiency in technical support.; ECR, ECO and PCN management; BOM items development (labels and packing); Equipment maintenance management; New Product Implementation (SMD and Assembly line); OEE control for test and robots equipment; Projects development to improve quality and reduce costs.
