I'm in charge to get the customer requirements, base in those requirements we desing a solution using Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest, Rational Portfolio Manager and RequisitePro.Once the customer aprove the solution we install the tools on the customer's server , give the proper train and give support to the customer.
