Responsible of delivering techincal IT support to all operative, administrative, and management staff about hardware and software usage.Where I also performed videosurveilliance systems installs, network, video and access control cabling as well as maintenance and support of analog telephony and access control systems.

As first entrepeneurship I performed a variety of roles like installer, manager, sales, and projects. Each one of the roles gave the confidence to develop solid relationships with customers and providers. I worked with CCTV, IP videosurveilliance, radiocomms, wired and wireless networks, VoIP and access controls.

As an IT technician I was responsible to resolve daily incidents and problems presented within dependency users. Also as a government institution I was acting as a link between main IT department and our building enforcing guidelines and security and behaviour recomendations.
