Contractor in the Pentagon for Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC); position was as a project coordinator specializing in AV and related secure/nonsecure telecommunications systems. Responsible for keeping 46 rooms operational, including offices belonging to the Commandant of the Marine Corps, the Assistant Commandant, the Director of Marine Corps Staff, Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Legal Council to the Commandant, and many others. Daily operations were highly independent of KGI, and involved coordinating with clients and department representatives for new and ongoing projects, maintenance, upgrades, and other department-led initiatives. As the point of contact for our 46 rooms, personally oversaw and coordinated the execution of COMCAM's responsibilities related to these rooms; this also included building and maintaining client relationships on a daily basis. My position necessitated coordinating numerous projects concurrently for HQMC officers (including the renovation of General Neller's office), and required the ability to excel in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations. I also devised and initiated an asset tracking system with Karcher Group for all our projects.
