• Automated sign up integration between TripAdvisor and SinglePlatform incorporating provisioning process for customers sold through TripAdvisor’s platform. This process eliminated the need for manual steps and allowed us to scale the product internationally.

• Architected and developed a unified, modular provisioning process. Simplified extremely complex and ambiguous procedures in favor of one robust and error-free method to onboard new accounts. Worked closely with product management to define project requirements. Provisioning automation significantly reduced the number of accounts that needed manual intervention, improved our data quality and allowed us to scale.• Designed and developed REST-ful Partner API for partners to update their locations’ information and menus in real-time. This enabled our partners to resell SinglePlatform services increasing our revenue.• Built a dynamic level logging system that allowed for increased application observability without flooding our logging system. This project was one of the winners of our annual hackathon event.
