A new role at the time that gave me the opportunity to hone in on process development and marketing skills. In this role I navigated the tasks and created standard operating procedures. Processed rebates as well as educate and communicate to customers of the details and of concerns. Working along side Market Development and Product Manager teams, rebate processes were defined and given light to the benefits and drawbacks saving several hundred thousand dollars.
