Management of activities by the team related to technical inspections of products and the process of controlling technical data of products. In charge of the development of new lighting products. Development of datasheets for lighting products. Conducting analyzes for TAR and NCR. Report of sample tests and negotiation of technical specifications with Chinese suppliers, for new products and improvements. Technical support to the commercial, marketing and sales departments, working with problem solving, analysis and reporting. Conducting product training focused on spreading technical knowledge to all the departments and customers.

Now all the product lines have a Datasheet and the department issued more than 150 Datasheets.Also responsable for performing tests on lighting products. Analysis of technical specifications according to INMETRO standard. Technical inspections on products for shipping (remotely to China) and receiving (Brazil), with sphere test machine and other relevant tests. Technical support to marketing and sales departments.
