My experience includes a variety of projects as a business analyst. In this role, I frequently collaborate with the business members and the technical area to establish the workflow process of the project. The communication needs to be effective, so the experience in this area made me develop my communication skills.This position allows me to know the business model and how to apply the systems technology to improve the expected results. Working with a worldwide company made me improve my knowledge about different cultures and how do they think certain problem would be solved, this experience has opened my mind to a new perspective.Most of the time I used to work with diagrams, for example: use cases, entity relationship, database, etc. Additionally, there were many issues on the production and development environment, many of them were considered as a priority one. My function was to guide the process working with the technical team and the stakeholders to find the better solution on time.I supervised other tasks, for example the security module of the Information Technology area, my functions were to give permissions according to the project and established the period access for the production environment. There were some protocols to follow, I was responsible to give and remove access permissions based on my criteria.
