• Review Project Specification & Scope for Fabrication, Welding and Painting.• Special auditing and full inspection of all type of lifting keel bolts and pad eyes in whole ship.• Review and Allocation of Manpower.• Managing the all logistical soft-patch, Zink anode fittings, Out-fittings and Steel repair. • Managing and following the Asbestos procedure with specified team.• Managing the all types of NDT Inspection.• Arrange and prepare the all requirement for Docking and Undocking.• Inspection of blasting and painting as per requirement from DCNS.• Logistic co-ordination for required field with Saudi Royal Naval Crew and DCNS.• Scaffolding and Rigging operation managing in specified location.• Inter-discipline coordination including HSE, QA/QC departments to meet the quality requirements, carry out Risk assessments and provide solutions for risk mitigations.• Constructability review based on Engineering Drawings..• Sourcing of materials and coordination with procurement department and QA/QC for the timely availability of materials.• Monitoring of daily progress and milestone in line with the project schedule.• Preparation weekly and monthly progress reports.• Create good safe work culture.• Participate in HSE walk through and audits.
