● Act as a Relationship Manager, Building and maintain relationship with house owners, property tenants, and buyers● Price negotiation between property owner and Tenant/Buyer● Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits ● Stay updated with internal team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries and concerns ● Go for property visits to showing the property to existing customer and meet property closure target and acquire new customers and maintain accurate records● Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. ● Keep up to date about new feature and functionalities
