Create and maintain a robust data warehousing model, ingesting data from investment platforms and engineering tables, ensuring the data is extracted efficiently and securely, create staging and snapshot layers to manage incoming and historical data effectively, classify data into dimension (dim) and fact tables based on their characteristics, design table structures for each layer, ensuring optimization for query performance and storage efficiency, macros or scripts to automate repetitive tasks such as data loading, transformation, and cleaning, implement processes to test data quality, accuracy, and consistency and implement scheduling mechanisms to ensure timely execution of these tasks.Key Projects:To measure the profitability of the business, the product team wants an automated mechanism where we will be able to extract key product information from different sources and the code will compute earnings and expenses incurred by the business, generating profit/loss statements regularly based on platform sales. I lead the project to identify key factors which influence the earnings and expenses of the business, learnt from the primary team on how they calculate statements at each transaction level, contributing to the overall profit/loss statement. Prior to the Data Engineering (DE) team's involvement, manual calculations by the operations team consumed over 10 hours bandwidth daily. With automation, a single source now only requires 30 minutes to collate business-dependent data and upload it via SFTP, allowing backend systems to calculate overall expenses. We further share the data through Dashboard owing to end to end execution from data extraction to data visualization. The automation has resulted in substantial bandwidth savings, enhanced data accuracy by mitigating human error, and reduced reliance on multiple resources for maintaining data integrity. Additionally, it has centralized earnings and expense tracking onto a single platform.

· Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Strategy and Risk teams to launch new products into the market and analyse performance, learn and implement strategies to improve business functions.· Key Projects:· Play an integral part in the project launch of the Fixed Income platform that assists investors in financing Institutional and Debt Investments. Help set up the analytical structure of the project from scratch, determine leading and lagging indicators, identify top and bottom performing issuers and distributors using the RFM model, build recommendation model analyzing historical data of the previous investments made by similar financial institutions, create structures to track the trend of the business against the target set by the leadership and suggest call to actions to resolve critical business problems.· With the intention of cost optimization, we initiated the exercise of moving to a more economical visualization server. I worked with project leaders to understand the available alternatives to operate POC testing and understand the benefits and drawbacks of the other tools. We looked at factors like the look and feel of dashboards, ease of sourcing and storing a high volume of data, interaction while building visuals or drilling down specific data points, scalability while handing huge datasets and how they accommodate growing data, collaboration opportunity between users while using the same dataset, and customization of dashboard to enhance developer and user experience with the tool.· Analyze NPS survey scores to understand customer satisfaction while using our platform. Review survey results through stages of the user journey to recognize pain points as a platform user. Identify Promotors and Detractors and analyze reasons for dissatisfaction. Track survey scores for dissatisfied customers over the period to understand if their experience is improving over time.

• Facilitate end to end data driven resource streching from yearly goal baselining based on historical data to developing prediction models analyze furture growth opportunities across different programs focusing on their business areas.• Production and maintainance of Self Service Reporting platforms and high granular data pipelines to facililate data across multiple downstream sources.• Conduct sessions with stakeholders to understand a business needs, understand mechanism to scale it across different teams to expand the impact , surface analytical expertise, perform test and learn and plan and execute ways to provide best possible outcomes.• Key Projects : o Ops Dashboard - Create a near real time operational productivity index in form of a Quicksight Dashboard that acts as a one stop platform to supervise employee performance on key metrics, performance against goals, daily shrinkage, employee bandwidth utilization classified in various layers resulting in a highly informative medium at their disposal. Data pipelines set up for 3 teams supporting 1000+ account specialists and managers assisted in tracking daily program performance improving daily program productivity by 200 bps.o Signaling Mechanism - Work with business leaders to define mechanism where we create benchmarking on key metrics and track advertiser’s performance and flag the ones showing declining trend moving towards the benchmark indicating that these accounts need immediate attention so that we can take actions from our end, check and optimize their accounts, ensuring the best customer experience. Introduction of this mechanism influence 8% less M2 attrition.o Opt In Channel Modulation - Create efficient query driven model to target multiple pool of customers eligible through different eligibility criterias based on support program aiming to identify best possible leads to for business team to assist in the inbound and outreach program.
