Learned how to fully operate and set up an industrial high-speed CNC machine. Designed and simulated milling process using Fusion 360 for parts and processed g-code to be used in CNC machine in order to successfully mill a part. Created and presented PowerPoint for upcoming CNC machine trainees in order to know the full process for milling.

Learned to effectively write a concept proposal within a multidisciplinary team regarding how to improve cryogenic fuel storage and transfer. Led the science subteam in researching components, risks, and developed a work plan for an MLI (multilayer insulation) and EDS (electrodynamic dust shield). Learned how proposals are reviewed and scored with professional NASA reviewers.

Worked with a multidisciplinary team to create a Preliminary Design Review(PDR) for a space rover mission to Ceres to analyze and collect data on possible habitable zones. Led the science subteam in researching mission requirements/goals and scientific instruments incorporated into the rover. Researched Thermal, Power, Mechanical, and CDH systems. Mentored by industry professionals and developed skills in project management, budgeting, risk management, organization, and teamwork.

Worked on creating different bulkheads for rockets using Solidworks and tested the stress and deformation using Ansys.
