- Founded the company and setup operations: recruitment, office selection, office design, firm registration etc.- Worked closely with resellers to acquire over 1500 clients and annual revenue of approx USD 1 million.- Hired and trained over 100 fresh graduates.- Built in-house tools for making outreach and prospecting more efficient.

- Successfully soft-launched a new age conferencing product.- Built prototypes for products including click-to-call and voice blogging.- Was managing BigAdda's engineering team when I left.

- Worked on a softswitch handling millions of call minutes.- Migrated our SS7 signaling gateways to M3UA and worked on several features that got the softswitch entry in many new markets.

- Created a telecom platform for SS7 products and developed several industry first products like CRBT, Voicemail and Missed Call Alerts among others.- We were the first to introduce CRBT in various markets like India, Vietnam and Brunei.

- Developed and maintained Pro/Business Email offering for IndiaTimes.com.- Built IndiaTimes document storage, addressbook and calendar systems and also created FTP and iCal interfaces for third parties.- IndiaTimes served more than 22 million email users at this point.

- Worked on a highly distributed large scale email solution that used an early NoSQL document database to pre-process and store email. Managed the overall architecture, internationalization, session management, external interfaces (POP, IMAP).- Created an in-memory key value database for session and configuration management- Our email solution was used by some of the largest dotcom startups (year 2000) like IndiaTimes, MailMeToday, AWSE.- Built a team of ~70 graduates from IITs. Trained and mentored them.
