The role encompasses comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing a transformation from non-strategic to strategic applications (SAP Acceleration), Multi-Cloud Strategy, Data & Analytics Architecture, IT Workforce transformation, SAFe Agile Transformation, Partner Management, and Enterprise Architecture. I am a visionary driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to pioneer cutting-edge technologies. My responsibilities include delivery of three active Digital Value Streams of Industrial Cloud / Industry 4.0, Enterprise Life Cycle Management & Digital Employee Experience.Before joining AGCO, I served as the IT Director at Coca-Cola European Partners, where I held responsibility for the Global IT Portfolio encompassing Supply Chain Programs and Enterprise Integration. I played a pioneering role in shaping the Enterprise Cloud strategy, Integration Architecture, SAP implementation, Application development platform, Mobility solutions, and the Internet of Things, all of which delivered substantial value to the business.I have successfully managed portfolios related to Customer and Revenue Growth Management. Prior to my tenure at CCEP, I provided SAP advisory services to Fortune 500 companies while working with esteemed consulting organizations, including Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM.Beyond my professional commitments, I actively contribute to the board of Future Foundation Inc, a non-profit dedicated to youth development and breaking the cycle of poverty, one student at a time.
