After handling various roles in Customer Services, Planning & Logistics, Systems implementation, Corporate communications, moved to all-India Sales for a brief period before expanding to other geographies. Devoted 3 years to developing direct business in the automotive sector across Europe, including setting up local representation in Germany, Italy and France along with managing existing exports business through JV partner. Joined Kimberly-Clark Professional in 2007 in a regional role initially managing Safety Category (Personal Protective Equipment) and then Wipers Category (non-woven wiping solutions) across 11 countries in Asia Pacific, achieving consistent category growth and profitability.
