Primary Responsibility: To take care of all Personnel Department functions one unit.To Assist Manager HR on the following functions.1. Appearing conciliation proceeding and cases in the labour court. 2. Co-ordinating with Inspector factories official on inspection times.3. Interacting with local bodies such as fire, police, municipality, and sidco.4. Conducting Domestic enquiries for the delinquent employees.5. To follow up with enquiry officer and letter correspondence.6. Liaisoning with all Govt. Departments and comply with statutory requirements which followsi. Factory Licenses, ii. Plan approvals, iii. Stability certificates, iv. Lift and Hoist certificates, v. Exemption for Common Creche, OT, Form 25B, Form 15,Ambulance, Pay slip, etc., vi. Consent orders from pollution control board, vii. Sanitary license from Municipality, viii. Fire license, ix. Pressure vessels certificates, etc.,7. Ensuring Factory annual and half yearly returns are submitted in time.8. Day to day factory administration.9. Attending Recruitment Camps
