Intelligent Buildings Technologies, Smart Cities, loTResponsible for the overall business activities across the Qatar region to include acquisition of new customers, business development and management of partners, resellers and consultants in the field of Intelligent Building Automation SystemsDevelop the wide portfolio business, delivering key, time-critical, sensitive projects to customers.

• Prepare Design brief reports, Estimation, schematic and design drawings of Electrical/ELV systems for commercial and industrial facilities. • Design and Install building electrical services, such as lighting, MSB/DB systems.• Provide expert knowledge, guidance and leadership in the installation of the BMS system especially in DDC panels and field devices. (Siemens, Trane)• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects and project priorities.• Installation/fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of UPS. (3-ph and 1-ph)• Generate drawings and documents relevant engineering deliverables and Bill-Of-Materials.• Planning of all Electrical/ELV works in coordination with civil works and MEP works.• Manages design projects involving complex designs, including oversight of resources and technical issues.

• Review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international standard methodology.• Planning of all electrical works in coordination with civil works and MEP works.• Provide expert knowledge, guidance and leadership in the installation of the GRMS system especially in control panels, DB, Lighting, FCU and HVAC devices. (INTEREL)• Supervise quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.• Testing & commissioning activities of the Electrical GRMS systems.• Prepare Design brief reports, Estimation, costing and design drawings of Extra low voltage systems for High Rise buildings, Industries and Master Plan development.• Planning of all ELV works in coordination with civil works and MEP works. • Scheduling, Estimating and Costing, Site execution and Project Management of ELV Work

• Design LV and MV electrical distribution systems and building services for commercial and industrial facilities Including MSB, MCC, DB, Earthing, Cable trays, Cable size, lighting, HVAC etc. • Prepare Design brief reports, HT/LT design drawings of Electrical power distribution systems, HVAC systems, public health engineering for High Rise buildings, Industries.• Interior & Exterior Lighting designs and selection of light fixtures using Dialux software. • Reviewing and producing design drawings, including single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, DB schedule, Load calculations and bills of material.• Do the coordination/reporting with the client, consultant and internal team for the project deliverables.
