o Filing of Daily stack position, Delivery note, Back to Town container details in IPOS system on day-to-day basis for billing purpose to facilitate commercial section of Traffic department.o Monitoring Port Stuffing and Destuffing activity inside the Port and reporting the same for further processing.o Vessel wise collection, Categorization and preparation of Commodity wise report for data to be forwarded to the Ministry of Shipping through DD(MS)o Monthly preparation of Dwell time, Direct port Delivery (DPD) and Long Stay Container Reports.o Generation of Required data in the prescribed format as per the format provided by NEC for logistics Data Bank (LDB) project which is a National Project under ease of doing business initiative under SAGARMALA PROJECT.o Monitoring of Warehouse for occupancy on regular basis to make provision for agents looking for port Stuffing and Destuffing activity.o Processing of container data into the IPOS system for further evaluation of the same for generation of documents/Reports.o Tracking inventory of Hazardous container inside the port to ensure timely delivery as per SOP of Fire and Safety.o Monitoring of Reefer containers plug in plug out process for generation of data for billing purpose.o Monitoring of systematic Entry of Trucks/Trailers inside port by RFID system and systematic exist for reduction of Dwell time of Trucks/Trailerso Container marked for scanning by the customs are listed and the agents are informed to carry out Container Scanning before issue of Out of Charge(OOC)o Preparation and maintenance of Yearly statement of no. of Container and TEUs handled by the Port
