I am a graduate in hotel management from IHM Bathinda. I have recently completed my industrial training at Hyatt Regency New Delhi and have been employed by Costa Crociere for the past two years. My current position is that of a demi chef de partie in the culinary department. My experience in hotel management and culinary expertise has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in both theory and practical application. During my time at Hyatt Regency New Delhi, I was able to hone my skills and learn from some of the best chefs in the industry.I am confident that my knowledge and experience will be valuable assets to any organization that requires a skilled and dedicated professional in the culinary field.
