• Operation and maintenance of water supply system for the project taken from DELHI JAL BOARD on PPP for technical section.• Operation & Maintenance of Transmission main from 40 MGD WTP to Various UGR’s, Network Distribution & HSC Pipeline (CI,DI,HDPE,MDPE, PVC, AC,PSC) & Civil Structures• It includes operation of pumping station, distribution system, House Service connection of consumer including installation of new meters.• Coordinate the maintenance activities of the Mechanical & Electrical Equipment’s of WTP, UGR & BPS.• Preparation of RA Bills/MIS/Other relevant Reports.• Client liasoning for technical issues regarding billing under the guidance of Zonal Manager.• Work out in BOQ for finalizing the contractor for work.• Ensure timely indent of the material required for the maintenance work.• Attending daily / weekly/ monthly review meetings with client, Local Bodies & Govt. Bodies.• Presentations to Client for the project review.• Certify the bills of the contractors working and ensure timely submission of bills with follow up of the payments of the contractors and extension in any contract if needed.• Execution of Non Revenue Water reduction by reducing the real and apparent loss for making 24 X 7 Water Supply. Work out with the Design team for making District Metered Area for reduction of NRW.• Ensure timely review/reply as appropriate on all clients technical/ other documentation i.e. drawings, engineering queries, complaint redressals, PGMS/RTI replies, DJB-CCR reply etc.• Keep the technical team informed on all relevant aspects of engineering issues that arise on the maintenance or at site, in terms of progress, quality, safety and subcontractor / supplier performances.• Work under the guidance and Support of Zonal Manager in all aspects of the project and ensure work is executed in accordance with technical scope requirements.
